At The Forest CO., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have developed this Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and fair process should you need to return an item.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility and Timeline

Our return policy lasts 31 days after your order has been delivered. If 31 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception immediately. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

To report an issue, email us at support@theforestco.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo or video showing the item’s condition or the defect.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, such as a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@theforestco.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Returns

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over a certain value (e.g., £50), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have using the process above. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
