At The Forest CO., we pride ourselves on processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind about a purchase.
Please read below to understand our policy regarding order cancellations.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
Because we attempt to process and ship orders typically within 1-2 business days, the window of time available to cancel an order is very short.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately after placing it.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email our support team right away at support@theforestco.com.

Please use the subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation Request [Your Order Number]"

Include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
3. Successful Cancellations (Pre-Shipment)
If we receive your cancellation written request before your order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping carrier, we will happily cancel your order. A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
4. Unsuccessful Cancellations (Post-Shipment)
If your order has already been processed for shipping or has already shipped by the time we receive your request, we will not be able to cancel the order.
In this situation, you will need to wait until the package arrives. Once received, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our standard Refund & Return Policy. Please note that if the item has already shipped, you will likely be responsible for the return shipping costs.
